Hulu and Fall

Still waiting on my Hulu invitation. This is the streaming service offered by the NBC family of TV channels (includes Sci-Fi,, Bravo, E!, NBC of course and others). Might be a funny name but look at Google, lol. ArsTechnica has an informative article about the new service. Somehow this online goodie seems wayyyy overdue. It is ad driven, but so is most TV. Wired also has a review. If the above image is indeed their logo, it is drab. Oh well, at least it's not a flaming peacock of cubism.

Loving these cool nights and mild days. Nice to not hear the roar of the AC unit. Sure am glad it's there for the hot days though. Autumn is a nice transition and most of us in the Deep South are glad it's here. Whew! Summer was hot! Think it will finally snow again? Seems like years since a day was spent drinking hot chocolate and lazily peering out the window at the world pass by slowly.

Remember Wednesday night is Boonight. Please take your children ONLY to known safe places to trick or treat. Guild Wars members; the Halloween festival is in full swing in Lion's Arch and Kamadan. Meet you there.

Time to crawl under the quilt and sleep. Nighters.

"Winter is an etching, spring a watercolor, summer an oil painting and autumn a mosaic of them all."
