Music Monday

Pretzel Logic is the title cut from a 1974 Steely Dan album. Good song, good album. This is actually many years later at the New York Rock and Soul Review. It does feature Donald Fagen from Steely Dan and Michael McDonald who played with the Dan for a brief time. That's the awesome Drew Zingg rippin' the guitar solo. He's pretty much a member of Steely Dan now. I think the black and white filming adds to the mood and era. The album cover for Pretzel Logic was black and white. Good music? Do you like it? I think it's soulful:

"Put your ear down close to your soul and listen hard."
