A Rockin' Company and They Speak English!!!

The replacement video card arrived yesterday. Just can't say enough about the good people at XFX. It is so nice to do business with people that understand the English language. What a great plus that they also have manners. These qualities are lacking in the retail world and especially in customer service so it is refreshing to find people that treat everyone like human beings.

If you do have to deal with someone that is reading from a script and has no concept of syntax or grammar, stop and DEMAND they find someone that is fluent in English. Hey, I don't care about race, creed or color, if you live in the USA learn the language. No damn quarter for those lazy asses that won't. I didn't spend two years in Vietnam and get my ass shot to come home and watch a bunch of jerks tear our country apart by dragging it down with a base attitude towards language.

The founding fathers decided on English for many good reasons. Listening to clients influences me to some degree and their complaints about unintelligible people answering service questions usually ends with red faces and profanity. Noticed the last two times that Dell was called, they were polite and used the language properly. Go Michael Dell. You'll soon overcome your slacking competitors that are farming important jobs out of the country.

Okay, okay, the soapbox is put away. Go visit the XFX site and buy their products. They are working much harder than other companies to provide a great product and awesome service. Hats off to them. Well done!
