Half Full Cup

Mondays are adaptive. Full plate today and the weather is doing that roaring lion thing. Grabbed a cup of Ashy specialty roasted coffee and checked email then decided to treat myself to a tune. There are legends in this video. Lee Ritenour, my favorite jazz guitarist, Jimmy Johnson, be sure and catch his bass solo (reminds me a little of Jaco Pastorius, God rest his Soul), plus Carlos Vega on drums, God rest his Soul too, all combine to play an awesome upbeat tune. Great stuff for sure and listen all the way to the end so you can hear a little bit of Phil Perry singing Rock Steady. It's awesome. Turn the speakers up or put on the headphones. If you don't like music you won't like this video!

For some reason I feel that Monday will be a better day now...
