Network Maintenance, I Must Say

The beach house network will be intermittent late this evening and during the day tomorow. Everything is expected to be back up and running late tomorrow evening. Several changes are being made to the Web server in order to improve the Teamspeak service and other functions. Fans are being added and settings are being adjusted. The memory will be at 2 gigs, hopefully, before sundown Sunday. The network is being revamped in order to have more functional units utilizing various operating systems and performing a variety of functions. The configuration is being adjusted to add another server in the very near future.

What this means is...I don't need an alarm every time Teamspeak goes down today and tomorrow. The main purpose of the reconfiguration is to have that particular server stay online or reboot after a major power failure. Believe it or not the beach house has maintained this server with very little problems for many years. This is a beach constructed unit that has been an absolute joy to use. Efforts are underway to further improve hardware and software so we can experience more efficient voice communication.

Please check here when enjoying that morning coffee. K? It'll help inform at times and I really need the hits on the site. If you make Cybersouth your homepage, I'll kiss your pet frog. Awwww shucks, I'll kiss a wild frog you find in the yard!
