Relief at last! The cell phone will be replaced this weekend! If you have a cingular phone that you like please comment and give a model number. I really like the black razor, but it might be too delicate. The Nokia 3595 I've carried has been replaced once and it has NOT been reliable. Battery life is good though and that's important.
