Saturday Not in the Park...but Close Enough

Working on the protection software recommendations. Security has become so complicated it's not as easy to compile a list of utilities that keep away the bad guys. Changing the way I take medication has something to do with my drowsiness I think. Slept good last night. The dreams were even pleasant. Last night was full of things about my daughters when they were young and what fun we could have doing simple things.

Anyway, hope to have good info soon on what I use to protect machines from all the different types of malware, spyware, adware, dungware, thiefware, garbageware, trashware, satanware, or whatever name you want to use. Procedures are not the same as the last time this was posted. For instance, I've dropped SpywareBlaster since it is duplicated in another program. Plus they now nag you for money outright. As long as they asked for donations that was great, but to deny part of the program until you pay is just tacky.

Many chores today. Must get to it. In the words of that simply marvelous Texas philosopher EdC, "Have a better than expected day!"

"Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come."
