To Da Moon, Alice!

Google is sponsoring a contest for someone from the private sector to put a rover type probe on the moon. The prize is 30 million dollars. ZDNet has a good article about it. For an indepth look at future plans for a lunar settlement check out Popular Mechanics. This is futuristic thinking and really neat when you consider that people from the everyday walk of life are being challenged to such feats. As said before, Go Google!
