Update on the Updates

The second Tuesday of every month has been designated Patch Tuesday by the netizens of the world. So, what does this mean? If you have your Windows machine set to update manually, get to Microsoft's update page and secure your machine. Immediately. Don't risk infecting computers that have net interactions with your PC.

It's sad that there are evil people with time on their hands busy writing virus infections, spyware, malware, etc. Further sadness evolves from the fact that most of them are intelligent enough to be productive in a positive way. My guess is that that 8th circle in hell (see Wikipedia) will be full of bad hackers pissing on each others' legs. Maybe it'll help relieve the pain of the fire...momentarily.
