To coat or not to coat

Red Dragon sent in a GREAT link that may interest many fellow Netizens.

Weatherbug/Weatherscope is one of the most horrible applications ever to exist. The people that produce it over at Claria/Gator/GAIN//whatever their name is today, all belong in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. No, that's being cruel to the movie. Good idea for weather watching people, but full of hideous stuff.

Well, Mr. Dragon has found a most suitable option to this adware/malware infection. It's called Weather Watcher. I've used it for a few days and it runs in the background using very little resource. Normally system tray items (bottom right corner of screen) don't find favor with me. This one works and has presented no problems. Be sure and look at the options section. If this works for ya', send a donation to Mike Singer - creator of this neat application. Thanks Red Dragon!
