Recover lost post? Not gonna' happen!

Well, I just wrote a very long entry about this being my 400th post. It has disappeared into cyberspace. Yack, Arghhh! $#@8%!!?!? I just wasted an hour in composition and was publishing when this happened. Must start saving everything as a draft.
