Mickey vs. Nemo? My money is on the mouse.

Browsing Slashdot, an article caught my interest; Darth Jobs & Disney (my title, not Slashdot's). It's from the Toronto Star and explains how the baddest worm in the apple is thumbing his nose at Disney. His association with Pixar is only enabling his desire to be a demigod. Apple nazis, please read the whole article and especially the last few lines. Hate to keep giving this guy press, but his hateful attitude may do him in again. I hope so.

Looks like the Comcast takeover of Disney is off. Did you know that Microsoft owns 7% of Comcast? Reuters has an indepth article. Funniest thing seen yet about this is the picture floating around the web where Mickey meets Clippy (the annoying paperclip in Microsoft Office).

The world of animation is creating waves. To think of all the joy placed in our lives by some of these films and then realize it has to be coupled with the shenanigans of hucksters is just not right. Go figure...
