Privacy, It's a Good Thing

Microsoft is being sued due to installing spyware on Windows computers. This is a step in the right direction. IMHO, everyone that works for Claria, 180Solutions, PSGuard, CoolWebSearch, Incredifind, Look2Me, etc., should be rounded up, put on a delapidated shuttle and then launched into the Sun. Please don't give me that garbage about adware, spyware, malware, or whateverware - it's all the same. Don't put ANYTHING on my computer unless you have consent. It has enough problems distributing resources for the operating system and certainly doesn't need more clutter, especially clutter NOT requested. Read more at SeattlePI.com and Groklaw (love the name). Thanks goes out to Cowboy Neal at Slashdot for an important heads up.
