From Above and Below

Just downloaded the newest version of Google Earth. This is the free version and I am impressed. Buildings are no longer a blurred figure on the screen in many areas. You can almost read the road signs in downtown Saltillo, MS. Not all the map has great detail, but it is still fascinating to see the roofs of all my friends' haciendas. Download at your own risk. It has been a breeze at the beach house.

Still using Yahoo email? You need to read this: Yahoo Mail Worm Harvesting Addresses. Not only do they indulge in malware/adware/garbageware or whatever it's called today, it seems their email is not secure. Please take the time to read this very informative article from InformationWeek. First Claria and 180Solutions clutter and now another way to invade privacy. Brings to mind an old movie line...

"Things have got to change. But first, you've gotta get mad!... You've got to say, 'I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!"
Peter Finch as Howard Beale from the 1976 movie Network
