Let's see, an enlisted man received 6 months in the brig (that's jail to civilian types) and a reduction in paygrade because an Iraqi 'said' he threw his cousin off a 10 foot bridge. Doesn't matter that there was no body and others testified that they saw the guy swim ashore. Let's punish someone serving his country under conditions of war because he was trying to kill the enemy? What the hell is wrong with people? Oh, that's right - Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt broke up after 7 years of marriage and that probably is most distracting. Yep, a soldier gets undue punishment and two Hollywood halfwits break up with great fanfare. Where is that next newsjunkies anonymous meeting?
