Musical notes vs. catfish scales

Celtic Woman will air at 9:00PM, CDT on PBS tonight unless they feel the need to interrupt with the catfish scaling contest or some such nonsense. Socialist TV at its best. LOL! I know that I keep mentioning this special. Rock, classical, and jazz are played at the beach house most of the time. Yes, I do consider Jimmy Buffett rock, shrimpboat rock.

These four singers and one violinist are so talented it is hard to describe the beauty of this work. David Downes, the musical director and conductor, created a wonderful two hours of moving, emotional, uplifting melodies. There will be chatter about contributing to PBS. Please watch these breaks since they interview the artists during this time. They will stir your soul while performing.

Why did the Irish ever start speaking English? Gaelic is such a pretty language.
