Boostarama
Missed posting yesterday. Backache. Better now. Spirits are boosted. Now the whine is over.
Recently it was brought to my attention that a jump drive can be used to speed up Windows Vista. There is a built in utility called ReadyBoost that uses a portable USB drive (aka jump, flash, thumb, pocket, etc.) to act as a paging file or so it seems. Read about it at SimpleHelp.net. This is a very good site that is well organized, in very good English and it's concise. Thanks out to the HowtoGeek for the link. The Vista speed boost procedure is scheduled for beach house experimentation. Will let you know the results.
