Doing the Grinder Finder

Okay, the video problem with Friday's post is corrected. You will have to click on it to make it play. Why in the world would Disney put autoplay in a clip they post for using on a website? Go figure. The world is a dangerous place.

My coffee grinder gave up the ghost yesterday. Thankfully there has been some hoarding of Boca Java given to me by Beagle, Mudslingr and the Purple Giraffe. The aroma is awesome and this is a great Sunday morning coffee. Has some caramel in it, which is not a favorite at the beach house, but this works. The Banana Fosters flavor of Boca Java is da bomb.

May rethink this caramel thing. It has a very pleasant flavor. Taste does change with age so mine has been through MANY cycles. Loved peanuts all my life and now they hurt me. Tuna is not my friend either and I grew up on tuna salad sandwiches. Really miss them both. Age does make food more interesting.

Back to the coffee grinder. Have an Oster Blender that is da bomb. Got an Oster coffee maker for Christmas from Mother that's wayyy kewl and looks like something out of the Jetsons. But the Oster grinder has bad reviews online. So am opting for the Delonghi. It has very good reviews. Pretty kewl looking and it has several features which might be nice. The old grinder had an on/off button. Shucks, it was 15 years old.
