Shopping and DVDs

My Christmas shopping is not done. In all honesty it has not begun. Yes I've looked and made some decisions, but finding the right window to go out amongst the masses has been hard. It'll happen eventually.

Eric Bangeman has an interesting article at ArsTechnica. It is titled DVD players finally outnumber VCRS. In the article there is a reference to another interesting quote of Bill Gates, the chief mojo and head muckitymuck of Microsoft. Gosh Bill, those shoe soles smellin'?

Stay casual and try to avoid traffic mishaps. It's that time of year.

"And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow, stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more."
