Finally downloaded the Kubuntu 8.0.4 desktop version and burned the ISO to a disk. It will be installed tomorrow. This is the version of Linux Ubuntu that utilizes the KDE interface. I like the Konqueror browser. Expecting this to be a really good alternative operating system. Down through the years the installation and use of any version of the Linux Ubuntu family has been very good. C ya tomorrow.
