AMD Happy? Orchard Sad.
MSNBC has an interesting article about the release of AMD's new quadcore CPUs. This is after Intel's announcement last week of several new quad based Xeon chips. Hint for AMD: Go back to using the lower price edge, it really works! The new AMD offerings will be listed under the Opteron class of processors. Again, hey AMD, pricing is not competitive when you offer an equal product for an equal price. Look at your sales history then do the numbers.
Absolutely love the recent iPhone controversy. Tickles me how iffy Apple can be towards its iNazis. Yes, if you own one of these overpriced, mediocre devices you ARE an Apple Nazi. They've slashed the price from $599.00 to $399.00. ROFLMAO!! Gee golly, think sales have dropped off? Needless to say the purchasers of this little darling at the original price are REALLY upset. My question is who will pay $399.00 for this thing that has gotten horrible reviews? Read more at ComputerWorld.
