Went for a Walk
Wow what a great Saturday. Had a nice walk around the neighborhood this afternoon and enjoyed the sunshine. I was online for just a few minutes to post news to my Guild and spent the rest of the day reading, eating and even watched some TV. These combined efforts have helped me avoid taking any medication for back pain. Flexiril does the job, but it zones me out for an extended period of time. And it has a hangover effect.
What a great lazy day. It's back to work tomorrow.
