My long time friend, D. Neal Jennings, will probably be slightly disappointed in this post. He's not a huge Stevie Nicks fan. On the other hand I have been in love with this woman's voice, presence, songs, beauty and endurance for almost a lifetime. She still rocks my world. Heck, she's only 6 days younger than me. I think she is downright awesome. Her good looks have definitely withstood the test of time and life. This special (Part 1) will probably air again tonight at 10:00PM local time. You never know with Socialist TV, uh, uh, I mean Mississippi PBS. This is a stellar performance. No notes are missed, all harmonies are perfect, and the band rocks its ass off! She not only does many of her wonderful original songs, but covers a Dave Matthews tune,
Crash Into Me. There's also a cover of Led Zepplin's
Rock and Roll. Be sure and hear Waddy Watchel's tribute to Jimmy Page. So please take a listen to one of my favorite songwriters. If your video card can stand it, turn on the high quality and check out this gorgeous woman:
Told ya! She's great! Sorry Neal, love makes us do crazy thangs! LOL!
