Hey Microsoft!! Here's a solution to your nonsupport/support problem with opensource documents. Lower your prices to affordable with Windows and Office and watch as we rush to the counter with our multicolored boxes full of your product. You could put aside your fears of this fast growing community that includes FreeBSD and Linux. While you're at it, do away with the WGA spyware that invades our privacy. You won't need it anymore because people will stop pirating a product that can be purchased at a reasonable price. C'mon Ozzie. I know it seems too easy, especially in the wake of Ballmer, but it just might work.
