Have to remote in and see if a licensing problem can be handled about a small network utility. It's a known problem that the software manufacturer acknowledges and recommends a "fix" to correct the problem. It'll either work or a trip will be made early to physically reinstall the software. Hopefully the problem can be resolved by remote. We will see...
