Stress sucks. Prayer helps , but sometimes we are pushed to action in order to alleviate this potential killer. Looking back, my credo of don't take a bunch of sh-- (this applied immediately after my return from over 2 years of service in damned Vietnam - don't buy their catfish) may not have been the best idea. Then again, I do retain a demeanor that seems accepted by society as appropriate. At times you have to grin and bear it, but I am just about all grinned out. What the heck, you can't keep a good man down!
