Metrocast is busy upgrading in order to double our speed. If you have a brief interruption, just stay calm and reboot the service. Instead of growling, think about how tremendous they have been in the past. We can certainly bear with a few days transition to go from 10 down - 1 up to 25 down - 2 up. Besides, you have to talk to Ashy or me (Server Admins) and how many times has fussing or whining ever caused us to change? LOL!
